We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual who looks to gain valuable experience working alongside a team of Advisers for a reputed Financial Planning and Accounting practice. The right candidate will have an opportunity to advance to paraplanning or financial planning.

The Role

• The first point of contact for clients - strong customer focus and maintaining relationships
• Assisting with new business in the preparation of client files
• Making sure no steps are missed in the client engagement
• General office duties when required
• Xplan management and portfolio data entry
• Implementation of Advice
• Maintenance of client database
• Ensure relevant documentation is prepared for client meetings

Requirements 

• Experience as a Client Service Officer / Manager 3+ years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Drive and passion to continue your career in Financial Planning
• RG146 compliant or a Diploma of financial planning will be highly regarded
• Previous use of XPLAN
• Attention to detail and punctuality
