An exciting opportunity is available for a bright and enthusiastic graduate to join the Client Service team of this innovative & expanding financial services organisation. This position is available as a direct result of internal promotion.

Working as a Client Service Associate, you will be an integral member of this collaborative team responding to inbound calls and emails from retail and business clients covering a range of financial products and services. This team is focused on the quality of customer service, not the quantity of calls. Your role will be a mix between client service and administration as you respond to a range of queries from the very simple, to relatively complex (approx 20 - 30 client queries per day) 

To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST have:
  • Recently completed your University degree. Ideally in Finance, Commerce, Business or similar
  • Exceptional communication skills & a client focused approach
  • Previous experience from a Client Service or Client Support role is essential. Ideally, this experience will have been gained in a corporate environment, however, retail and hospitality experience will also be considered 
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organisation skills, and the ability to work to deadlines
  • A strong team player approach and the desire to assist others
