An exclusive practice with high-end offices based in Newcastle CBD, my client is looking to recruit a highly experienced Client Services Officer to support a large Private Client Advice team with the implementation of advice for HNW and UHNW clients.

Role Overview

Due to growth within the organisation, our client is now looking for an experienced Client Service Manager. You will be responsible for managing and developing ongoing relationships with all our clients in collaboration with Advisers. Perfect role for an experienced Client Services Officer that is looking to build on their experience with plenty of career development opportunities available in the long term. 

• Coordination of ongoing customer service to clients
• Management of opt-in and ongoing service
• Complete annual reviews 
• Ensure to collate correct client information for the paraplanners
• Follow up actions from client appointments 
• Arranging appointments for Adviser with existing clients

Skills & Experience

• Admin experience within the financial services industry
• Xplan or Coin experience
• Polished presentation
• Financial Planning software experience desirable
• Ideally want to stay in an administrator/ operational role
