About The Opportunity

They are now looking for a Business Development Consultant to join their company in Adelaide, South Australia with the potential to earn a Negotiable Salary Based on Experience | Your Package will also include a Uniform + Phone + iPad + Car Allowance.

The primary purpose of this position is to build the credit unions profile in new markets and promote awareness and engagement. 

Whilst based in Adelaide this position requires travel to Tasmania every quarter for a week. 

Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and developing relationships
  • Identifying which products and services best suit the individuals' needs and circumstances
  • Promoting the benefits of membership of the credit union to team members
  • Prepare a weekly visitation programme in conjunction with the business development manager 
  • Create new business as well as creating advocates for the credit union and achieve yearly KPI's
About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience in the banking and finance industry
  • Demonstrated sales and business development skills
  • Tier 2 RG146 compliance
  • Experience with personal lending (advantageous)
