Your new role
Due to growth within the business, there is multiple opportunities within the financial crime space, more notably within leadership. This manager role will be responsible for both team leadership and strategy within the business. This will include day to day management of an ever growing team as well as assisting in the overall strategy within the financial crime space.
There are multiple opportunities within this space which will require a wide range of knowledge and skill sets.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous team leadership experience is a must, preferably within the financial crime space including AML, KYC, CDD and sanctions. Strong communication capabilities along with emotional intelligence will ensure success. A knowledge of financial crime is highly desirable as you look to implement more efficient processes and changes. Strong attention to detail and well as patience will be advantageous as you will be coaching and mentoring new starters.
