The Opportunity
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Sales Specialist or Home Loan Manager to join RAMS. Our Franchisee in Burwood is currently looking for a highly driven sales professional with experience in the lending industry. The successful candidate will be capable of building genuine relationships with customers and business referrers. This is a superb challenge for an individual to help contribute to the overall growth, performance and success of the Franchise Business.
In this newly established role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the sale and fulfilment of home loans
- Generating new business opportunities and developing referral relationships
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Providing exceptional levels of customer service
Skills and Experience
Successful candidates will have experience within the banking/financial services sector. Additionally, you will have the following:
- A proven track record in residential mortgage lending
- Sales driven with the ability to create referral sources and generate new business
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer focus and work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to convert leads into home loans
- Proficient Microsoft office skills (outlook, word and excel)
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (essential)
