The Role

Our growing financial planning firm is looking for a committed Product Service Administrator to join our dynamic national business.  Located in our Sydney Office, this position is a full time, permanent role, offering the successful candidate unique career progression. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start and develop a career within the Financial Services industry.

Main Duties

  • Manage outlook inbox’s and respond to adviser queries
  • Co-ordinate placement and maturities of term deposits
  • Maintain the treasury term deposit database
  • Distribute and negotiate term deposit rates
  • Prepare term deposit maturity reporting
  • Review and maintain provider documents
  • Liaise with advisers, financial institutions, brokers and platforms
  • Term Deposit Data entry

Key Skills and Attributes

  • At least 12 months plus experience within the banking/ financial planning industry
  • Knowledge around Term Deposits , Stockbroking and superannuation/investment platform
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise work accordingly.
  • Ability to follow procedures and work independently if required.
  • Able to manage high work volume when needed.
  • Excel knowledge preferred
  • High level of integrity
  • Great attention to detail
  • Great numerical Skills
