Our client is a well-established, top tier growing wealth management firm. They have undergone significant changes in their senior management and are looking for an experienced risk professional to join their team.
You will work at the group level and will have the ability to make a direct impact to the improvement to the management of Risk & Compliance across the firms various businesses.
This is a engaging role where you will deal with multiple senior stakeholders across these businesses,
You will demonstrate a range of characteristics including:
- A background in operational risk management, controls/assurance, or compliance
- 3+ years' experience within financial services
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good business acumen and judgement
- Excellent interpoersonal skills with the ability to build rapport easily
Strong operational risk management is essential to the success of this organisation. This role is dynamic and varied and will suit a candidate with strong interpersonal skills.
