We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced leader to join our friendly team in the Mount Pleasant Branch as a Personal Banking Team Leader.
  
The Role
  
As a Personal Banking Team Leader you will be responsible for effectively coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Branch and achieving business targets by leading and developing staff to provide outstanding personalised experiences to consumers.
  
This is a full time position based on a 38 hour working week and the successful applicant will be required to work Thursday nights and Saturday mornings on a roster basis.
  
Selection Criteria:
  

• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Demonstrated sales skills
• Experience in a retail sales environment
• The ability to adapt to change & strong attention to detail
• Experience in mortgage and personal lending
