What will the position involve?

• Assisting the Finance Manager in forecast,analysis and channel financial management.
• Producing monthly financial forecasts and analysis, showing budget variances, producing budget baselines and monitoring project financial execution, and liaising closely with the business team (including sales, go to marketing, delivery teams) to monitor the sale and profit process. 
• Ensuring there is alignment of the operational result, the budget expectation and the achievement of the whole business and key account target financial KPIs.
• Provide professional financial solutions in channel business, do settlement and accrual of channel incentives in terms of requirements of channel incentive policies, monitor and notice the incentive progress;
• Sales PO review (credit, sales financing, and payment terms etc) domains to support decision-making and risk management.
• Collection management and prepayment management;
• Reconciliation with customers and suppliers;

Who we are looking for?
 

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 3+ years of working experience in project financial management and/or other related fields.
• Good command in English. Chinese Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
•  Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
• Excellent command in MS Office.
• Experience in Telecommunication or IT industry will be an advantage.
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive. Desire to deliver excellent service and support.
