P&N Bank currently has an exciting opportunity within our busy and vibrant contact center for an experienced, member focused leader.
Reporting to the Manager Contact Centre, you will lead a team of motivated consultants who are the first point of contact for our existing and potential members. The focus of your team is to provide exceptional member experiences with each conversation. As the leader of this team you will be responsible for
- Leading, participating and applying learning in all coaching sessions. Identifying skills gaps and providing coaching to improve service performance
- Engaging, motivating and supporting team members to achieve and exceed team sales and service targets and standards
- Promoting a culture which encourages team members to identify and raise risk and compliance issues or concerns
- Providing proactive coaching to ensure all team members are aware of and comply with applicable regulations, policies and legislation
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in the contact centre.
- Proven success in coaching individuals and teams to achieve outstanding results
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence
- Skills in supporting teams through change; promoting resilience and adaptability
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement or innovation.
