Your new role
As a Digital Banker, you’ll liaise with customers via the phone and be responsible for:

  • Delivering a superior customer experience managing service enquiries across a range of consumer products
  • Provide solutions to assist the customer with the online application process across a range of banking products
  • Connecting with customers through a personalised service, building rapport and trust by being open and honest, whilst delivering on customer service accurately and quickly through digital channels
  • Assisting and educating customers in banking technology that enhances their banking experience and providing support when required



What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a customer service / contact centre role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work in a high-pressured and fast paced environment, with the ability to think on your feet, and multitask
  • The availability to work Monday to Friday 7am-9pm roster working 37.5 hrs per week. (Flexibility to work Saturday’s will be required from 9-5)
