Client Services Manager

Our highly successful financial planning practice located in Castle Hill is currently seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to support its Financial Advisers. We are looking for a bright, confident person to provide exceptional support.
The Role:
- Handling client phone, email and non-advice queries.
- Participation in client meetings.
- Creating advice documents for presentation to clients
- Complete and follow up all administration associated with financial planning advice and implementation.
- Liaise with clients regarding the progress of their implementation.
- Co-ordinate client reviews and prepare all documentation for client meetings.
- Create and lodge all applications as well as liaise with Fund Managers
- Maintaining client data within our software.
You will be:
- Working with a variety of clients, you will be responsible for providing client services and administration support to existing clients along with prospective new clients.
- You will have at least 2 years industry experience, ideally in financial planning with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise your own workload.
- You must have strong verbal and written communication skills as you will be working closely with clients and financial providers.
- An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- A Diploma of Financial Planning qualifications and/or a degree will be highly regarded.
