We are a financial planning firm based on the Northside of Brisbane. An opportunity has arisen within our firm for a top quality administration expert to join us. You will enjoy a variety of tasks and responsibilities, some listed below but not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments
- Implementation of client strategies (Superannuation, Investment, SMSF and Insurance)
- Handling general client queries and responding to their needs
To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualities:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial planning
- XPlan experience essential
- Time management skills
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Initiative
- Experience working in a fast-paced office
Work hours are negotiable, with the opportunity to work school hours if required.
