We are a financial planning firm based on the Northside of Brisbane. An opportunity has arisen within our firm for a top quality administration expert to join us.  You will enjoy a variety of tasks and responsibilities, some listed below but not limited to:

  • Answering phones
  • Booking appointments
  • Implementation of client strategies (Superannuation, Investment, SMSF and Insurance)
  • Handling general client queries and responding to their needs

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualities:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial planning  
  • XPlan experience essential
  • Time management skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Initiative
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office

 

Work hours are negotiable, with the opportunity to work school hours if required.
