 The role: 

This part time client service officer role is ideal for an individual who enjoys meeting new people of all walks of life. You will be responsible for greeting, interacting and answering any enquiries from clients, whilst also supporting with implementing data using Xplan.
It is important you can demonstrate knowledge and experience using investment platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting clients for relevant information and following up with enquiries.
• Implementing client’s data and documents using Xplan.
• Liaising with stakeholders to open and set up relevant accounts

Requirements: 

To be considered, you will uphold:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a CSO role.
• Xplan experience.
• Implementation experience and platform knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Desirably a Diploma in Financial Planning.
