We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Customer Service Agents to join this organisation within their well established Financial Services Team.

Their market differentiation is their customer service, and this is driven through being a Centre of Excellence, and it starts with the training provided to their front line staff, which is YOU! Training is a 2 weeks period, with some of the best in the industry!

This role will see you driving the customer experience across a multi-channel environment such as voice, social media and chat. 

To be successful in the position, you will need to possess
  • Ideally you will have experience in a call centre environment OR come from a front line customer contact position in retail and hospitality
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent Problem Solving abilities
  • A positive and resilient outlook
  • The ability to think quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong work ethic 
  • A "Can Do" attitude

You must be able to work a rotating roster Monday - Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday & Sunday 8am - 8pm.
