Key accountabilities…

  • Provide monthly financial reporting and forecasting for maintenance and minor works
  • Administer the Capital, Infrastructure and Maintenance projects contracts on behalf of Taronga, in line with internal and external requirements.
  • Manage tender and procurement processes in accordance with internal and external requirements within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure contract pre-requisites and interfaces are identified and managed prior to commencement of contracts.
  • Maintain procurement policies and procedures are adhered to in the administration of Capital Infrastructure and Maintenance contracts.
  • Consult with stakeholders in regards to procurement options for works and services are developed in to provide best value for money outcome.
  • Provide advice and support to other Divisions to implement the relevant procurement options.
  • Identify, manage and report on critical success factors for contract performance.

About you…

We are looking for candidates that have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Building and Construction or an equivalent combination of knowledge, skills and experience.
  • Hold a current NSW Drivers License or ability to have existing license formally recognised, including manual.
  • Obtain and maintain a current volunteer NSW Working with Children Check at own expense.
