Compliance Manager:The role is responsible for:
Executing and monitoring of the compliance registry and any potential changes in the environment to affect BKI compliance obligations
Conduct periodic compliance testing
Implementation and monitoring of process for making annual Executive compliance attestations
Assisting policy owners understand their compliance obligations and controls
Assessing and reporting on incidents and breaches
Monitoring industry and regulatory updates, and advising policy owners in relation to these updates
Drafting training material on compliance for BKI employees
Providing input on service provider due diligence
Ensure compliance related policy reviews are undertaken and amend policies accordingly
Monitor and assist BKI to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policy requirements
Assist Legal Risk and Policy Specialist in other compliance related matters
Draft Committee papers and Board papers as required.
