- Fully mobile - delivery of consumer lending products and services to customers outside of standard working hours and offsite at customer’s request
- The proactive generation and ongoing nurturing of a referral network (internal and external)
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Service
- Deliver the highest standard of customer service at all customer contacts in order to promote repeat business and develop future opportunities for business referrals
- Proactively developing customer relationships by making efforts to listen to and understand the customer (both internal and external)
Risk and Compliance
- Manages own personal risk and compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements by maintaining a ‘doing it right’ ethos and ensuring timely completion of online compliance training
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Proven sales track record preferably in a mobile environment
- Demonstrate an ability to develop and extract maximum value from a referral network
- High level of energy and personal motivation
- Sound consumer credit knowledge
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
