The role will be focusing on delivering strategy and building our Treasury function from the ground up. This is a very exciting and new position that will work closely with the Head of Treasury. You will develop strong stakeholder relationships with our internal and external customers from Banks, Lawyers, Treasury Ops Team, Finance Team, Internal Operations, Sales, IT and Compliance.
Responsibilities
- Clear and concise communication skills, building excellent stakeholder relationships
- Covenant reporting, Board Reports and dashboards for Senior Managers
- Scenario analysis, risk analysis, forecasting of medium and long-term funding and hedging requirements, M&A analysis
- Develop good understanding of key constraints effecting the operations business that can be resolved through banking covenant simplification
- Assisting the Head of Treasury with funding negotiations, structuring and documentation
- Maintaining the relationship with credit rating agency
- Mentor and develop member/s of the team
Experience & Skills
- Strong analytical / Scenario analysis skills
- Working understanding of Debt and Equity
- Process improvement
- Good Excel modelling skills
- 7+ years experience in Treasury/ Finance department with medium to large Corporate or Financial Services business in a Treasury/ Analytical role.
- Degree qualified CIMA, CA or CPA – desirable
- TMS experience – desirable, not critical
