Retentions Consultant

Do you enjoy helping and assisting customers? If so we have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Home Loans Consultant to join our high achieving Retentions team; where you will play an integral role in reducing customer attrition by offering market leading home loan packages to existing customers.

You will utilise your excellent communication skills to conduct engaging conversations with customers considering refinancing their home loans. You will have access to a range of retention offers designed to enhance customer experience. You will utilise your in-depth understanding of the housing market trends and together with up-to-date  competitor offers.

The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified with prior experience in Home Loans. You will have proven experience in a customer facing role with a real focus on achieving sales targets.  You will possess strong verbal and written communication with the ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels.
