Based in Melbourne's CBD, my client is currently seeking experienced inbound call center superstars who are RG146 compliant to join their newly created team focused on providing high level of service excellence to customers.

It is essential that you have an extensive background or working experience in the financial sector to compliment the products and services you will be providing and advising customers on.  

You will:

• be RG146 compliant (minimal requirement)
• have knowledge of superannuation, WRAP/IDPS and investments operational knowledge
• have working experience in a contact centre environment
• Experience or exposure to web-chat, complaint management and investor servicing admin would be advantageous

Equally important are your excellent communication skills, customer service skills as well as your ability to work with our customers and internal staff members. 

Operational hours are 7am-7pm (Monday-Friday) so candidates will need to have the flexibility to fit in with this requirement.
