Our business was established on the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay to provide financial advice and support to their clients. We are a holistic advice practice with the Principal Advisers with a combined 25 years of advisory experience.

About the role
We are seeking a professional Client Services Officer who can add value to our team both professionally and culturally. We seek a candidate who can demonstrate their proactive capabilities and skills within an advisory practice. Your role will be to help our team of advisers with client servicing tasks and practice compliance.

Skills and experience

XPLAN software experience and detailed proficiency is a must have. We use Threads, Calendar, Risk Researcher, Advice Wizards and Marketing applications daily in this client management software.
- Office 365 for Business proficiency is a requirement
- You will need to have the flexibility and maturity to work within a team of Advisers, Paraplanners and Client Services Officers with different personalities and means of communication.
- Can demonstrate a proactive and positive decision making demeanour
- Has an ability for critical thought and knowledge of our industry and our holistic advice offering
- Has past experience as a team leader or project manager in contributing to procedural and compliance frameworks - Operating procedures, FDS, Opt-In, Reviews
- Has the experience to meet the high level expectations and reliance placed upon them to autonomously meet compliance standards and assist with the advice delivery for our practice
- An engaging demeanour and rapport building skills are needed for our incoming existing client correspondences and prospective clients enquiries
