We are one of Australia's largest Asset and Commercial Finance Broker's, boasting a solid reputation in the market place. With over 50 staff we take a personal approach with both our team members and customers. This role forms an integral part of our Finance Specialist Team that will help achieve our business objectives and customer service outcomes.
The Role
We will train you to assess the provided leads, take full finance applications, submit loan applications to lenders for assessment and settlement, throughout which you will be professionally interacting directly with our clients and lenders. We want you to demonstrate proven experience of operating in a fast-paced environment whilst delivering the very best customer outcomes.
Ideally the successful applicant will have:
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner – previous call centre experience – preferred
- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
- Success oriented, self-motivated individual with very strong work ethic
- Intermediate computer skills with an ability to learn new systems quickly
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new concepts
- Work ethically within the industry compliance standards
- Innovative, with an ability to "think outside the square"
