Your new role
As a Business Banker, you will need to balance both relationship management and business origination. Your key responsibilities would include:

• Managing your portfolio of clients and providing them with business lending solutions based on your analysis
• Conducting assessments on client's credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
• Draw up credit submissions with recommendations and analysis
• Lead a high standard of client service and business relationships
• Mentor and support your team to grow and expand business opportunities together

What you'll need to succeed
As this is an experienced hire, you should ideally have been in a Business Banker position for more than 5 years. Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills will help you to excel in this role. You also have to be a driven individual, who comes with a passion in helping your customers in business lending needs.
