About the role
Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will have the vision and strategic insights to launch a new commercial lending business, delivering a bespoke and tailored offering to clients.
Duties
- Build a Commercial Lending and finance strategy including funding, pricing and credit policies
- Become the Responsible Manager for the Credit License
- Establish strategic relationships with key Product Partners (internal and external)
- New product development of commercial finance and lending products
- Hire, mentor and lead a team of relationship managers
Experience
Expressions of interest are sought from senior banking and finance executives with a demonstrable track record of developing and building out a healthcare vertical, servicing doctors and medical practitioners. A collaborative and consultative approach, you will draw upon your deep skillset and experience in commercial banking, sales strategy and team leadership.
