Our Client is a leading name within the Financial Planning Industry. They have a superb reputation and some of the Industry's top Financial Planners setting a benchmark of excellence. To ensure they remain the best, they need to have a superior support team assisting these Planners and this is where you come in!

Working as a Client Engagement Specialist, you would be responsible for liaising with prospective clients and existing client queries covering a broad range of financial planning areas including superannuation and retirement planning. This is predominantly a client service/relationship management role which will see you providing an exceptional experience when dealing with clients or financial planners.  You will be responsible for both inbound and outbound client service calls, providing product knowledge and booking meetings.
  
You will be fully involved and not limited to the following: 
  • To respond to all client enquires by telephone and through written correspondence.
  • To maintain ongoing relationships with clients and prospective clients. 
  • Provide client information by ensuring the data entry system is always up to date and accurate
  • To support the business by preparing client documentation and forms in a timely manner
  
So who are you?
 
To be successful in this position you will have:
  • 1-2 years Client Service/Sales experience, ideally from a corporate environment but could also be from hospitality, retail
  • Exceptional communication skills, and a high level of client service.
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent attention to detail. 
  • An engaging and confident phone manner.
  • A positive attitude.  
  
This is a fun but dedicated and supportive team, you must be able to demonstrate that you are a true team player whilst possessing the ability to work autonomously when required.
