The Audit Manager will:
 Assign audit work to and direct the activities of audit team members
 Participate in/conduct the entrance meeting at the beginning of each audit, in conjunction with the Director or as agreed
 Prepare and/or review work papers and risk and controls matrix
 Provide on-the-job training and direct and timely feedback to audit team members
 Communicate audit findings to Director/business management throughout the audit
 Analyse observations and test results to develop audit findings and recommendations
 Prepare/review the draft audit observations
 Contribute to/prepare the draft audit report
 Participate in the presentation of audit findings at the audit exit meeting
 Contribute to/Co-ordinate the finalisation of audit report
 Participate in audit retrospective and identify possible improvements

We are looking for either an experienced Audit Manager from a Financial Services business, or someone making their first move out of a Big 4 consulting firm (ideally with Financial Services clients) at Manager/ Senior Manager level. 

Salary package on offer $140-150,000 package + bonus.
