RACV currently has an outstanding opportunity to provide strong support to the Finance Company in relation to analytics, insights, financial modelling and reporting.
The Finance Company consists of primarily car and personal loans with three key channels being RACV direct, interstate partners and broker business. The business is targeting significant growth and this role will help deliver the foundations spanning the implementation of a new credit scorecard, updating our risk based pricing model and providing proactive insights to the business.
Key accountabilities of the role include:
- Credit Analytics, insights & reporting, including building and managing the performance of our credit scoring models.
- Pricing analytics, insights & reporting, including building, refining and optimizing pricing models for all loans by origination channel.
- Planning, budgeting and reporting.
- Leading the financial modelling for any product development.
- Performance management; undertaking analysis of the sales & retention performance.
About you:
- Demonstrable business experience with a track record in financial services credit or pricing function.
- Strong experience in Reporting, Credit Score modelling & methodology and a broad understanding of business planning, forecasting and budgeting.
- Experience with pricing models and statistical software would be highly desirable.
- Financial modelling experience is essential together with excellent numeric and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Tertiary qualification in business, mathematics or statistics.
