Your new company

Market leading financial organisation seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the team in Western Sydney.

Your new role

You will be the initial point of contact for customers, employees and financial planners for a range of investment inquiries. You will be responsible for delivering high quality customer service at all times on both inbound and outbound calls.

What you'll need to succeed

It is imperative that you have impeccable communication skills and can listen to the customer to understand their needs. You will be responsible for taking ownership of their queries and resolving them as quickly and as effectively as possible. To be successful in this role you will have excellent telephone skills and a pleasant phone manner. You will display a passion for exceptional customer service and will be able to meet targets/ KPIs set by the business. You will have a high attention to detail and will thrive in a successful team environment. Any prior experience in the finance industry will be beneficial.
