Nissan Financial Services are seeking a key member to join the company’s sales team as the primary company contact for dealerships within the region.

The Dealer Account Manager promotes positive customer relationships between the company and the dealers, while promoting financial products and resolving related dealer issues, including training requirements.

 As the successful candidate, your key responsibilities would include:

  • Promoting consumer and commercial finance and insurance products and programs to assigned dealers and their staff.
  • Responsibility for lending programs (wholesale, capital & construction etc.) and acts as the sales closer to procure new commercial credit accounts.
  • Providing financial management advice to dealers on cost consolidation, cost saving measures, and potential improvements in financial operating efficiencies.
  • Assisting in relationship management during closure and transfers of dealer lines of credit to alternative lenders (credit takeout). Collecting unpaid billings, enforces curtailments and actively supporting improvement of negative reserves.
  • Monitoring dealers’ wholesale performance and inventory control, including inventory and due diligence audits.                   
  • Developing and executing marketing plans in conjunction with NMA to activate new and redeveloped products. Providing daily interpretation and direction regarding product and program implementation.

 To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Financial Services or a related discipline             
  • Experience in automotive finance sales or services at a professional level            
  • The ability to demonstrate premium sales and service behaviors as well as superior interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive financial products, including consumer and commercial lending products.
