About the role:

Motorama, Queensland’s largest Mitsubishi Dealer, are seeking an experienced Finance and Insurance Consultant to join the team at Motorama Mitsubishi Moorooka. The principal purpose of the role is to provide customers with finance and insurance needs for their vehicle purchases by delivering an exceptional guest experience. At Motorama our customers are treated like guests and we live the Motorama values by treating all our customers with enthusiasm and respect. All our guests have different needs, so the ability to communicate effectively with all types of people will be the key to success in this role.
  
This role would be suitable for either a full time or part time consultant, who is available to work every Saturday. 
  
Essential attributes:

• Friendly and bright personality 
• Outstanding communication skills with all types of guests
• A heart for customer (guest) service
• Experience in the provision of financial advice with an automotive background is highly desirable
• C class open driver's license
• Computer skills and a high attention to detail
• Great interdepartmental rapport building skills to establish efficient working relationships
• Certificate of insurance accreditation and a full understanding of the Privacy Act
