About the Risk Advisory Practice
The Risk Advisory Practice helps clients identify, manage and elevate their preparedness for risk, and drives the risk agenda across key areas of the Australian economy, through insights and perspective on pivotal issues that impact risk the economy.  You will be working with a group of individuals who are knowledgeable and passionate about the industry and enjoy working with clients to deliver innovative and dynamic results.
  
About the role
With roles based in Melbourne and Sydney, we are looking for Managers and Senior Managers with a focus on the banking industry sectors. These roles play an integral part in assisting the firm achieve the vision to be most inspiring firm to work with.  In these roles you will:

• Work with the Executive and Senior Management within the major and 2nd tier banks, where you will play a lead role in identifying, building and managing relationships.
• Assist clients to transform their risk management capabilities, by reviewing/designing/building/implementing best practice risk management frameworks
• Lead the development of risk management related deliverables for clients
• Assist in building and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver risk transformation programs and perform reviews of their clients’ risk and control environment
• Contribute to the building of the brand in their core service offerings, including active roles in industry forums, thought leadership and internal events
• Support the ongoing improvement and management of the Risk Advisory business to enable the delivery of their vision

  
About you
We are seeking a professional who will be dedicated to assisting the firm achieve its vision to be the most inspiring firm to work with.   
  
With a demonstrated background in banking and financial services, and a specific interest around Credit and Operational Risk you will also possess

• Engagement experience with senior industry stakeholders
• Excellent industry knowledge around core processes, risks and controls
• Experience designing and implementing risk frameworks
• Experience assessing the requirements of the Australian regulators
• Experience building and leading a diverse team of experts
• An attitude that shouts that “good is not good enough”
