Join this Tier-1 Financial Services Organisation and be part of a large, complex, multi-phase transformation program across the Wealth and Technology division of the business.

The Role:
Working closely with the Program Director and managing 5 Program professionals, you will have the responsibility of influencing a large cross functional group and also for defining and maintaining the standards of project management and process.

You will also work to ensure effective integration of Agile and Waterfall delivery streams across the Program.

The Candidate:
You will have significant experience in leadership roles on large to major programs of at least $20M.  Previous experience working within Financial Services, preferably within Wealth Management is preferable.

Other key requirements include:
•  At least 10 years project/program experience
•  Over 8 years working in large scale IT programs
•  Wealth Management experience is preferable
•  Demonstrated experience in communication with program stakeholders and management of stakeholder expectations
•  Demonstrated ability to understand the differing business practices that exist within a large organisation
•  Integration of Agile and Waterfall delivery methods
•  P3O / PMI Accreditation desirable
