Take on a challenging and newly created role, and help us shape our BI and Analytics strategy.
Working closely with the data team (both technical and governance areas) with both our Corporate and Asset Finance team as well as other groups, you will have the opportunity to drive significant change and increase maturity in data usage. Given that this is a new area, and with strong executive sponsorship, you will have the opportunity to shape this function.
Your role will involve developing and embedding governance structure for analytics across the group and evolving our overarching BI & Analytics strategy. You will engage different user groups to understand needs and champion analytics best practice, and coordinate analytics training encompassing technical and non-technical skills. You’ll also have the opportunity to create and facilitate an analytics community forum.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in analytics and data governance principles. Experience with data governance tools and Business Objects and Power BI would be a plus. Your skillset will also include strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills, alongside the ability to influence and drive change in analytics.
