Duties and responsibilities for this role will include:
- Lead the transformation of key business units
- Responsible and accountable for all servicing, collections and loss recovery performance
- Grow and develop a team
- Identify and implement process and system improvements
- Manage external stakeholders
Profile
To be successful in your application for this opportunity you will have:
- Previous experience in Financial Services
- Proven organisational and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of Stakeholder Management
- Excellent problem solving and process skills
- Experience creating a clear strategic vision
