What we have on offer

We are seeking a Contact Centre Officer on a 6 month Fixed Term contract to join us on our journey of becoming the no.1 consumer finance house in every one of our markets.  Operating out of Parramatta, the role is critical in ensuring our customers become advocates of our business. Candidates must have the capability to work under pressure, handling over 900 calls per month whilst maintaining superior customer service.

 

What we’re looking for in you

Can Do

You’ll have a demonstrated history of working in a contact centre environment and a strong understanding of customer needs, having worked in a service related industry for a number of years.  Asset Finance experience is highly desirable.   You’ve proven to be self-motivated and driven and able thrive to achieve challenging targets. 

 

 

Balanced

You’ll have excellent oral communication skills and a strong customer service ethic. You’re known to have an ability to remain calm under pressure and be a problem solver.  You’re a high performer who operates well within a high call volume environment.

Real

You’ll be a team player and form part of the existing positive team and company culture.  You’ll have a good understanding of the business targets and strive to exceed current benchmarks. Your personal values truly align with Pepper’s values.
