Director - M&A Execution Team
We are working with one of Australia's Leading M&A Teams who have a very strong leadership team and are currently working on 10+ Live Transactions, should close a handful this year [meaning an all cash bonus would be very competitive].
Ideal Candidates would come from a top advisory team and should have extensive experience executing deals and leading a team of analysts, associates and VPs to execute deals.
- Must have comprehensive transaction experience.
- Industrial Coverage does not matter
- Australian Experience is a must
- Must have working rights in Australia
Industries being covered are wide, that said this team is working with the best Private Equity firms in Australia on a few buy and sell side mandates, so personal branding/ exposure is very exciting.
