About the Role:
Looking for a dynamic sales individual who is looking for a career in brokerage. Looking for an existing broker or a hungry retail banker who has a passion for broking and business development.

Responsibilities:

To develop business and convert residential lending leads into settlements.
Have holistic conversations with customers and give them excellent customer service throughout the whole experience.
Liaise with the existing client base as well as new clients
Go to networking and community events to generate a good external brand.

Skills and Experiences:

Cert IV in mortgage broking advantageous but not essential
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Proven sales ability and capacity to think strategically.
