We are looking for a Cadet based at SubaruDocklands to join our Finance & Insurance team. You will join our cadet program where we will spend 4 months with you focusing on your skills and training with our team. Once completed your training you will progress into a Business Manager role in one of our dealerships where you will work to create an exceptional customer experience for each of the many customers you will interact with.
Key Qualifications:
- Ability to deliver great customer experience in a fast paced active environment
- Results driven attitude with a strong team ethic
- Invigorated and driven by individual and team achievement of success
- Exceptional communication skills that allow you to converse comfortable with customers
- Have a current VIC driver's licence
- Be flexible and be able to work weekends.
To be Successful in this role:
- Ideally Finance background
- Sales experience
- Exposure to retail environment
Your success is measured by your individual productivity as well as your overall contribution to the team. You don't need to have knowledge of our specific products when you start or a back ground in finance, however you will have the drive and initiative to learn all aspects on the role, the compliance requirements and our products.
