About The Company and Position:

We are currently looking for a Mandarin Speaking Commercial Insurance Manager for one of our clients, a financial service provider due to business expansion, providing consultancy assistance to high net worth individuals and businesses in regards with financial products in the market to achieve client's financial goals.

The client provides various financial services such as Insurance Broking, Funds Management, FX Risk management, Lending solutions, CDF Trading etc.
This Commercial Insurance Manager is specialized in insurance broking and risk management working closely to create excellent customer service with a proven record for delivering positive outcomes. 

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining client relationships at all the times
• Processing and claiming management as directed
• Preparing quotes, renewals, endorsements, invoicing and other documents
• Continuing to build strong relationships to maintain and service an existing and growing portfolio of business clients
• Establishing risk management champions across the group to support effective risk management ownership and delivery
• Ensuring risk assessment, controls and review and update in the system with regular follow ups
• Providing coaching and developing team to create a high performance, engaged, customer-focused team working culture

Requirements: 

• Relevant qualifications(bachelor, master etc) in a relevant discipline
• 2+ years’ experience in commercial insurance in Australia
• Experience in a senior role (leader, manager etc)
• Native level of Mandarin language and Fluent English
• Influence and organisational skills 
• Can do attitude with KPI result driven
