Due to high growth within the team, we require an exceptional Broker that can offer a consultative and highly knowledgeable sales approach. We focus on delivering products that are right for our clients and build lifelong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Utilising our client base and inbound leads you will develop new business opportunities. No cold calling or business development required.
• Undertake client financial analysis and calculate borrowing capacities
• Oversee full mortgage application process
• Understand and be able to discuss in detail MyBudgets and our partners products and policies

Experience  

• In depth experience as Mortgage broker or mortgage lender in a bank, credit union or financial institution
• Certificate IV in Finance/ Mortgage/ MFAA is preferable
• In depth experience of consultative sales focused on financial planning products
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to deliver best possible product choice for clients whilst also achieving against KPIs.
