Right now we are looking for People at different levels in their Financial Planning Career all across the country for our top Boutique, Mid-Tier and large Advisory clients. So if you have experience in Financial Planning (especially if you have worked within an accounting firm) - we will find a role in your desired location from a small country town to one of the capital cities. We have a number of roles (Financial Planner, Paraplanner, CSO's etc...) in Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, Nowra, Ulladulla, Batemans Bay and other Regional NSW areas

Positions

• Graduates with 1yr+ experience working in a reputable advisory firm in Australia ($45 to $55k+super+bonuses)
• CSO's - Junior & Senior - (2+ years) ($45k-$75k)
• Paraplanners (1-5 years) ($50k-$75k+)
• Financial Planners/Advisers (2-7 years) ($70k-$100k)
• Managers/Directors (5-10 years ($85k-$130k)
• Directors and aspiring Partners (7 yrs+) ($150k+++++)

Ideally, you would

• Have experience dealing with a broad range of clients in one of the capacities listed above in Australia, if you've worked in an Accounting firm as part of their advisory division even better.
• Proven client relationship skills, impressive attention to detail and know your way around ROA's, SOA's, Financial Modelling, Portfolio COnstruction, Asset Allocation etc... 
• Have a recent and solid knowledge of legislation and it's impact on the FP industry as well as a sound knowledge of SMSF and Tax. 
• Be degree qualified, CFP, RG 146 compliant or at least DFP or qualified by experience if you are a stand out performer - depending on what role you're applying for. 
• Be serious about your career in Financial Advisory and looking to progress with the right firm
• Commercial & Investment Acumen to do advisory work for clientsand have used some of the major Financial Planning software packages such as XPLAN
• Great command of English and be able to communicate with clients and colleagues.
