Your new role
Handling inbound calls in a contact centre environment, you will provide exceptional customer service and tailored solutions for any queries regarding unsecured personal loans. You will ensure strict adherence to banking compliance guidelines and seek to uncover any possible future needs of the customer.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will be required to demonstrate an absolute devotion to providing the highest level of customer service. Customer service must be at the forefront of everything you do. You will assist the customer with their loan related queries, and use your knowledge to provide information to them in a clear and concise manner. You will use multiple systems to source and log information, and be a team player whilst also working towards individual goals. Previous experience in a customer service role is mandatory, and experience in a call centre environment or target driven role would be advantageous.
