Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to work on a Compliance/Regulatory change and Data Migration projects within the Banking and Finance domain. 

Role Responsibilities:

• Elicitation and analysis of business and technical requirements.
• Modelling of current and future business processes. 
• Manage stakeholder expectations, conflicts and priorities.
• Effectively communicate (verbal or written) to internal and external stakeholders including senior management, architects, developers, testers, vendors.
• Provide input, recommendations and critique for solution design.
• Analyse risks and determine mitigation strategies.

Required Skills:

• 5 years experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst.
• Superannuation/Insurance domain knowledge.
• Strong communication skills. 
• Experience working on data migration, compliance and regulatory change projects. 
• Strong understanding on agile methodologies.
