This role ensures that on a day to day basis requests by retail deposit, loan and internet banking are carried out in an efficient and accurate manner. 

Joining a well established and experienced team you will bring with you a desire to really make a difference to the customers and offer ideas on process improvements internally.

This role would suit a candidate with a year or two's of years client services experience ideally within financial services. 

The key responsibilities of the role include: 

* Respond to complex telephone enquiries from clients regarding issues around deposit, loan and internet banking. 
* Transaction processing.
* Customer due diligence , AML, FACTA regulatory requirements for deposit accounts
* Process administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner including:
   - Direct credits to nominate & third party accounts
   - Telegraphic transfers via SWIFT
   - Visa debit and credit card maintenance
   - Internet banking/mobile banking technical support
* Adhere to bank policy and procedures at all time. 
* Ad-hoc issues as and when required. 

To be considered for this role you will: 

* Have previous client service experience preferably from the financial sector.
* Display outstanding communication skills both written and verbal. 
* Provide at all times positive customer focus and high levels of client service.
* Bring a think outside of the box attitude.
