Deliver profitable business performance and focus on delighting the banks customers by meeting their small business, consumer banking and wealth needs
Deliver good people management practices through regular observation, coaching and constructive performance management
Inspire and lead a diverse team to meet every customer's needs and ensure the service promise is met
Develop new opportunities in your local community and lead the way in shaping and growing your business
Ensure your team builds genuine personal connections with customers so they are confident about possibilities for the future
What you need to succeed
Your attitude and passion are as important to our client as your experience. As a Bank Manager, you must be:
Passionate about people and you put the customer at the forefront of everything you do
A natural born leader and you care about the development and careers of the people around you
You have the skills and experience to deliver results and lead your team to success
Proven experience as both a successful manager and sales leader
Commercially savvy with highly developed business and financial acumen
Driven by innovation and demonstrate courage in the workplace
Previous banking experience is an advantage
