Our Client is an established and well respected full service stockbroking firm. Due to recent company growth, they are looking to expand their middle office operations team to support the expanding workload of this successful business.

As part of this friendly and close-knit Middle Office team, you will be responsible for:

• Adding new accounts into the system with detailed accuracy 
• Liaising with advisers and providing support in regards to their clients' accounts and investments
• Maintaining clients' accounts i.e. update addresses, banking details and provide statements to clients/advisors 
• Accurately checking documentation and identification
• General data entry and ad hoc duties as required

To be successful, you must have: 

• Previous experience from banking / financial services with exposure to account opening. Ideal experience will come from stockbroking or broader wealth management. 
• Exposure to AML / CTF knowledge is advantageous. 
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Attention to detail, with a high level of concentration
• Ability to work in a team and independently
