A large financial institution in Melbourne's CBD, with National offices are seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join their team.

They offer a number of services including Financial Planning, Insurance and Banking. They are growing their presence in Victoria and NSW and have a role available based in the Melbourne CBD offices.  

The group works together as a team referring business to their colleagues. You will work closely with a team of 20 branch lenders who are encouraged to refer the financial advisers new clients. This is part of their KPI/ Score cards so the leads do actually come through. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients to identify and meet their financial goals
• Provide tailored holistic financial advice with a slight focus in Risk 
• Contribute to business and growth strategies
• Ensure documentation and client files are kept in line with compliance standards

Requirements

• ADFP and degree qualified preferred 
• Proven experience as a Financial Planner
• Previous experience working in a KPI environment 
• Experience of meeting and exceeding targets
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Positive attitude
• A team player
