We are looking for a Technical Analyst/ Developer with experience across the Microsoft BI stack and Tableau for our Sydney practice.  
 
The ideal candidate will have experience across all facets of Data and be comfortable explaining in simple terms the business impact of creating and modifying solutions. The role is a fast-paced, exciting position and is an opportunity to develop a broad range of high-demand skills. Projects are team-based and highly collaborative, and the solutions being developed for their clients are driving tremendous value.

About you…

• You will need to be highly motivated to succeed and have a strong technical background combined with superb consulting skills across BI or IM or Analytics
  
• You will have a passion for customer service and the ability to work in a billable hour environment
  
• Under direction, work as a member of a team and autonomously and show a real sense of urgency and not easily get discouraged by obstacles.
  
• You will need to be highly motivated to succeed and have a "do whatever it takes" attitude
  
• You will be methodical, detail minded with strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude combined with a degree of flexibility – all geared to exceeding client expectations
  
• You will have strong problem solving, analytical and time management skills combined with exceptional communication skills.
  
• You will have extensive hands-on experience with the following; MS BI stack, Tableau, SQL 
  
• You will have a strong background working on BI and Datawarehouse related projects.
  
• Team lead experience is ideal but not necessary
  
• Stakeholder engagement / management experience is a must.
